Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Cerulo website and services ("Cerulo," "we," "us"), operated by . By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

1. What Cerulo is

Cerulo is a sports analytics and information service. We publish statistical analysis, probability estimates and odds comparisons for sporting events. Cerulo does not accept, place, hold or process wagers of any kind, and is not a sportsbook or gambling operator.

2. No guarantees

All predictions are estimates of probability, not guarantees of outcome. Sports results are uncertain, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, including any wager you place with a third party. Our content is for informational and entertainment purposes and is not financial, investment or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Cerulo. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws where you live, including whether sports betting is legal there.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Pro and Elite) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for your personal use. You may not resell, republish, scrape or redistribute Cerulo content or picks, share your account, or attempt to interfere with the service.

6. Intellectual property

The Cerulo name, logo, website, models and content belong to . Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerulo is provided "as is," and we are not liable for any losses, including wagering losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of , United States.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device and browser information, used to improve the service.
• Preferences you choose to give us, such as favorite sports or bankroll settings.

How we use it

To provide the service, process payments, send the picks, alerts and emails you signed up for, provide support, and improve Cerulo. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Cerulo (payments, hosting, email and analytics), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing us. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

Refunds & Cancellation

• Cancel anytime in one click via "Manage subscription," or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Free trial: cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
• Monthly plans: if you're charged and contact us within 7 days without having used the paid features, we'll refund that payment in full.
• Yearly plans: full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not given because a prediction lost. Our analysis is probabilistic, and losses are a normal part of sports.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Community Rules

The members' chat is for Pro and Elite members to discuss games and Cerulo's analysis. By posting you agree to:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks.
• No selling. No selling or advertising picks, services, groups or links, and no spam.
• No personal information. Don't share anyone's private details, including your own.
• 21+ and legal betting only. No content that encourages illegal or underage gambling, or chasing losses.
• Opinions only. Members' messages are their own opinions, not advice from Cerulo, and Cerulo isn't responsible for them.

Moderators may remove messages and mute or remove members who break these rules, at their discretion. Messages may be stored and reviewed for moderation. Report a message with its Report button.

Responsible Gaming

Cerulo is built to encourage disciplined, informed decisions, never chasing losses. If you choose to bet:

• Only bet with money you can afford to lose, and set a budget before you start.
• Never bet to recover losses, and take breaks.
• Use the deposit limits and self-exclusion tools offered by licensed sportsbooks.
